1. NORTH SHORE Bike Doctor
This is a challenging ride on extremely rugged terrain. Trailhead meets at 4 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. on Sunday. The group size is 5-15 people. The Powerline Trail is a favorite shop due to its 670.6m total climbing. Town: Hanalei. Contact: 826-7799.

2. BICYCLE DOWNHILL – CANYON TO COAST Outfitters Koloa offers the Raleigh cruiser and Kauai vittles. They also provide the guide, shuttle, and the 1,066.8 m high Waimea Canyon. Coast 12 miles down a remote road, overlooking Niihaus forbidden islands. Town: Koloa. Contact: 742-7421.

3. KOLOA OUTFITTERS
Rent a bike or bring your own. The shop will set you up to ride at the top of Waimea, and in Kokee State Park. Full moon rides are available. Amazing trails through lush foliage await you. Town: Koloa. Contact: 742-7421.
4. BICYCLE JOHN

5. THE NIGHT RIDE

6. BARNFIELDS RAGING ISLE
Meet at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Dole St. Barnfields has a truck that will transport downhillers and freeriders up to the Waahila Ridge trailhead. Numerous runs available. Six to eight riders. Town: Haleiwa. Contact: 637-7707

7. BARNFIELDS MOON RIDER
You can ride 1000s of miles on abandoned cane roads. Peak Hawk Flats and Kaunala Trail, Kaena Point, Kaena Point, or Waialee MX Park are some of the best spots. This two-hour recreational ride is suitable for 10-20 people. It is recommended to wear lights. Town: Haleiwa. Contact: 637-7707

8. WAIALEE MOTORCROSS PARK
This park covers 650 acres and is located 91.4 meters from the water edge. It’s a freerider’s dream. A downhill area is available with bike-specific jump tracks. Great XC riding is possible on the rugged terrain. Town: Haleiwa. Contact: 637-7707

9. SATURDAY NIGHT URBAN
The Bike Shop meets the Honolulu gang. They cover a lot of terrain and ride for between four and six hours. Take your tanker to explore the best concrete out-of-bounds riding on the island. Town: Kailua. Contact: 261-1553.

11. THE BIKE FACTORYIntroverted to more aggressive riders, up to three times a weeks, will meet at the trailhead for two to four hours. The shop hosts night rides. The north shore has the best trails. There are five to ten riders. Town: Honolulu. Contact: 596-8844.
12. URBAN ASSAULT
The Bike Shop takes you to the UH campus and downtown Waikiki. It is a relaxed, casual trip that ends in a bar. The group will stop and discuss the challenges they encounter. You will need a headlight. Town: Honolulu. Contact: 596-0588.

MOONLIGHT RIDE The ride will meet at 11 p.m. at our shop. To reach the singletrack loop at Peacock Flats, climb a 1,066.8 m paved access road. Sometimes a group of four to ten men who really get it done. Town: Honolulu. Contact: 596-0588.

15. MOLOKAI BIDCYCLE

Weekend rides with up to three others The 914.4 m Jeep climb up Kamakou Mountain is a favorite. There are many trails that lead down from the summit. It is a four-hour ride at a leisurely pace. Town: Kaunakakai. Contact: 709-2453; 553-3931.

16. EXTREME SPORTS

All models of Rocky Mountains can be rented for a day. Customers are usually directed to the singletrack at Poli Poli park. You can also climb to the summit at 10,7.0m. Town: Kahului Contact: 871-7954

17. SOUTH MAUI BICYCLES

Meet at Rice Park at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday. The group will then head towards the Haleakala National Park’s crater. The Skyline trail is a 2 hour climb that takes you 1,371.6m up. Town: Kihei. Contact: 874-0068.

18. DOWNHILL SESSION

The DH riders will pass the XC turnoff, and then travel to 10,0.0 m. They return to Poli Poli State Park on a Jeep trail. It is paved with deep pumice and features sharp turns as well as a section of singletrack. Town: Kihei. Contact: 874-0068.

19. HP BIKE WORKSMeet at 8 a.m. on Sunday at the Safeway. Six main rides offer varying difficulty levels, with each offering a different level of difficulty. The ride is governed by a core group of five men who are hardcore, but all abilities are welcome to join. Town: Kailua Kona. Contact: 326-2453.

20. THE AGGRO RIDE

The weekly shop meeting will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday for aggressive riding. From a 457.2 m elevation to a 914.4m descent, you can expect a 457.2m climb. You can make the ride a freeride, or a full DH session using a shuttle. Town: Kailua Kona. Contact: 326-2453.

21. MAUNA KEA MOUNTAIN Bikes

The Kohala Coast’s premier rental and tour shop. There are many tour options for individuals and groups, including the Mauna Kea Kamikaze and Mud Lane, Kohala Downhill, Mana Road, and Kohala Kamikaze. Rents begin in Town: Kamuela. Contact: 883-0130; 936-8687.

22. HULI RIDE

Kulani is a five-mile singletrack that runs through ironwood forests. There’s a chance that you will huli (endo), but be careful! You can also ride the Maunakea trails, which climb between 5000 and 130.0 m. Town is Hilo. Contact: 934-9861.

23. DA KINE BIKE SHOPPWe offer an on- and off-road ride every morning. There are usually five other people and it is a leisurely pace. The 35-mile Saddle Road runs from sea level to 40.0 m above the ground between Maunakea, Maunaloa and Maunakea. Town: Hilo. Contact: 934-9861.

24. THE CHEESE DOWNHILL

26. WAIAKEA ARBORETUM ROUTE

Meet up to 30 other people at 4 p.m. Friday. This 7-mile loop through the Waiakea forest reserve is THE ride of the island. This ride features bridges, teeter totters and other obstacles. You should use a trail-worthy freeride bicycle. Town: Hilo. Contact: 961-4452.

27. MID PACIFIC WHEELS

Every Saturday, Mid Pacific Wheels hosts fun rides. Ride to the town, and then into the very hairy jungles of Railroad Ave. or Kulani. You can also climb 140.0m to Mauna Loa’s top. Town: Hilo. Contact: 935 6211.
